ARPA/CRRSA CHILD CARE CAPACITY EXPANSION APPLICATION
This funding is intended for child care providers in Seward County serving children ages 0-5 in full day/full year child care programs who are increasing the number of children they serve. Eligible programs include Family Home I, Family Home II, and Child Care Centers. These funds can be used for expansion of current capacity or start-up of a new program. They can also be used to support the sustainability of programs supported in Year One of the ARPA/CRRSA project. The funding period for this grant is April 30, 2023 through April 29, 2024. Any reimbursable funds are intended solely for child care capacity expansion or sustainability of programs that increased capacity in Year One.
Please submit this application to the Seward County Chamber & Development Partnership (SCCDP) by Friday, September 15, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Applications can be emailed to jacob@cultivatesewardcounty.com or a physical copy can be dropped off at the SCCDP offices in the Seward Civic Center at 616 Bradford St., Seward, NE 68434. A review team will evaluate applications based on the attached rubric. The SCCDP will alert applicants of funding selections via email by 5:00 PM on September 29, 2023.
